Beautifully restored historic Boulder landmark home – Downtown BoulderThe city of Boulder is known not only known for its outdoor adventures but also for its history and stately landmarks. Standing strong, beautifully restored and in downtown a few blocks to Pearl Street Mall is the historic Hannah Barker House. Trails, bike path, Boulder Creek, farmer’s market, shopping and great restaurants all in easy walking distance. A lovely porch for rocking, beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces to gather are all features that will enhance your stay. The home was originally built in 1875 but became the subject of a 5-year community project to restore the structure. From 2011 to 2016, the 2,780 sq. ft. home would go through multiple phases of renovations and restorations. Today, after 5,000 hours of volunteer work, it embodies historic charm and elegance, but inside is a new contemporary upgraded home. The entire interior is new from floors to plumbing to electrical to custom finishes. Location could not be more central!
