Get up early to see the most amazing sunrises from the beach over the Atlantic Ocean. The beach, our home and Wells town is still as beautiful as ever even after a stormy winter.Everything in the home is new since the it was completely renovated down to the studs in 2014. This ground floor unit features granite counter tops in the kitchen, 2 TVs, new appliances, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, gas grill, and WIFI access and a bed rail for children. This rental has it all and is the perfect rental for family! We were renters on Wells beach for 15 years and understand how much easier it is to have all the conveniences of home while you are away on vacation with your family. The location of this house is at north the end of Atlantic Avenue near the public parking lot so traffic is minimized. Wells beach is a flat soft sand beach that is great for families, surfing, swimming finding crabs on the jetty nearby and fishing in the harbor. NOTE: Linens, towels and toiletries are not provided however, linens and towels may be rented from a local business.
