You are a short walk to many restaurants Rosemont gourmet grocery is located a few doors down and the Cookie Jar is located across the street for donuts/bagels and coffee! You are also a 10-15 minute walk to Fort Williams State Park home of the Portland Head Light and a great lobster roll truck! This listing is for the entire 3rd floor. 2BR/1BTH with 2 tv’s with Netflix, washer/dryer in basement and parking. There is a heat pump in the living room with heat and a/c.
