Located within just a few minutes walk to the Veteran’s Memorial Park which has tennis & basketball courts, pavilion, playground, fishing dock, boat launching area, and is the perfect spot for viewing of the Pony Swim in July. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and a sunroom in addition to the 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The large yard offers plenty of space for outdoor play and picnics. We invite you to catch up on some much needed rest &relaxation, and to take time to breathe in the salt air breezes.This home has a NO SMOKING policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.2 Dogs are allowed, with a weight limit per dog of 80 pounds.
