We do not have any control over day to day construction and how it advances in front of the home. Our rates were discounted at the beginning of the year due to the construction taking place of the 3 homes (full lot each) in our community on the first row. Regarding the view, you will always have a gulf view directly in front of the unit and to the east overlooking Camp Helen State Park because there is nothing being built directly in front of this unit. We don’t know exactly what the noise will be like during your stay as the work is not consistent. That would be a risk that would be assumed by any of our guests staying on the property during the period of construction. This is a vibrant, growing community with new construction of multi-million dollar homes surrounding our unit. To ensure your experience is optimal, our housekeeping team will assess the home and confirm the timeline is acceptable to make sure the home is up to Love to Stay 30A property management standards. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home our home inspectors verify the home is ready for your arrival.
