This NON-SMOKING 2700 sq ft home is well equipped for family vacations, reunions, graduations, business if you must, and just plain fun in the sun along with ‘Man’s Best Friend’. (PET FRIENDLY with nonrefundable $50 fee/pet. Excessive damages will add additional costs).This home accommodates 10 persons sleeping. Additional unclaimed overnight guests will be assessed fees.Occasions that host more than 10 may require an event fee. We are able to host small events with notice.
