This recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is a perfect mix of comfort and style.Located on the corner of Bruce Drive and 5th Street, you will fall in love with the towering oaks as you make your way through the neighborhood. Late fall afternoons will have you nestled in on the front screened porch. Late summer afternoons will have you on the opposite end of the house in the 240SF pool.Bella Vita has a full kitchen, breakfast & dining areas with ample seating for 12, a comfortable living room with a view of the nicely landscaped new pool and fenced back yard. This cottage has one bedroom and bath down stairs and three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combination.* Note: Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400/week. $400 is the minimum charge for reservations less than a week.CHECK IN: 4:00 pmCHECK OUT: 10:00 am• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons).• Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.•½ mile to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 1.6 miles to Pier VillageMinimum age to rent is 25.
