Close enough to walk to Old Orchard pier and amusements yet far enough away to offer a peaceful escape. This open concept condo has a chef’s kitchen, living room and dining room. 2022 renovations included a new chef’s kitchen, new master bathroom, new windows, new HVAC, new outside patio furniture, and newly painted throughout. The condominium complex has garage parking for one car and a designated spot in the parking lot that can park two cars back-to-back. The complex is also equipped with an elevator to this single floor unit. The master suite has a new king bed and a newly remodeled full bathroom (shower only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bed with an adjacent full bathroom with tub-shower combo. The living room is spacious and has a wet bar and balcony for enjoying evening cocktails. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided which is an added convenience. Sorry, no pets allowed.
