Description
Look out onto Monticello from a brand new build (2019, 2022) Carriage House in the Belmont neighborhood. Enjoy 800 sq ft of independent living space, including a full kitchen, full washer and dryer, and spacious living room and bedrooms. The Carriage House is in walking distance of C’ville’s historic Downtown Mall, downtown Belmont, IX Art Park, and is 1 mile from UVA (if the wind is right, you can hear the football game!).Spacious and private personal 2 bedroom apartment with large additional sleeping loft, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The living room has an electric fireplace for cozy tv watching. The main bathroom has a double vanity with a marble counter. In the middle of Charlottesville’s most popular neighborhood, with easy access to all the local sites and with front views of Monticello and back views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.Early check in and late check out is available; just send me a message letting me know your interest!There is a little free pet toy box in the Carriage House. If you spent your hard earned money on a great pet toy, only to see your fur baby ignore it, bring it to C’ville and leave it in the little free pet toy box! With any luck, your pet will find something they love in there. Sticky toys (toys that don’t go home with anyone for a year) will be donated to the Charlottesville ASPCA.There is also a little free library in the Carriage House, so if you’ve finished reading something good, switch it out for something new during your stay.
