Welcome to Siesta Haven! Beautiful custom decor throughout the house! New designed home with gorgeous décor. 3 blocks from the beach, quick walk to downtown. Indoor gas fireplace, outdoor firepit. Lots of fun activities, home fully stocked! 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home. A wonderful place for a family getaway!In the kitchen, enjoy a coffee bar, and Soda stream. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen gadgets. Instapot, Crock Pot, popcorn machine, snow cone maker, cotton candy maker and more. Unique handcrafted table from teak wood table to enjoy beautiful meals for special occasions.Sleep and rest in pleasure! All beds memory foam.Primary suite -king bed and twin daybed with twin trundleBedroom 2 – king bed.Bedroom 3 – great quality, sturdy full over full bunk beds. Foosball for fun!All beds are super comfortable with deluxe memory foam mattresses. Lots of nice pillows and sheets.Primary Suite has a desk for working remotely, wireless charger, and whole house with super fast, top quality Xfinity WiFi. Smart TVs in living room, Primary suite bedroom, and Bedroom 2.Primary suite bathroom is huge, with huge closet. Shower in master bathroom. Second bathroom upstairs has bathtub/shower. Half bath on the main floor.The backyard has a new hot tub that seats up to 6 to enjoy in all seasons, with many jets and LED lights, and bluetooth speaker. Backyard has fire pit and outdoor seating. Also a new Weber natural gas grill! (no worries about propane). Relax in a swing chair in the back, or seating in the front porch or upstairs balcony. On windy days you can hear the waves from Lake MI from the porch.Garage includes-bikes of various sizes including-FUN Bench Bicycle and Bike for 2 Schwinn Bike-Instep trailer for 2 toddlers-2 kayaks- One folding kayak and one inflatable kayak that can be transported in the car to great nearby rivers or Lake Michigan.Lots of toys-outdoor toys, balls, beach toys-picnic basket and backpack.- Air hockey (note, not heated in garage)-snow sledsKid friendly-booster chair-pack and play-infant bathtub-Foosball table-air hockey (in garage)-books-kids dinnerware (BPA free)-lots of toys-laser tagDogs are welcome if well behaved. Extra pet fee will apply. $100 fee for dogs. Must be well trained.
