Located 10 min from downtown Great Barrington or Stockbridge, 5 min from Butternut Basin, and 20 min from Tanglewood and Jacob’s pillow; this is the perfect place to unwind and experience the best the Berkshires has to offer. Nestled on 60 private acres with trails, a heated salt water pool, pool house w/ kitchenette, and stunning views, this spacious retreat is ideal for large groups seeking both gathering space and relaxation.The home features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms / 2 half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 living rooms, a sun room with views of the property, and a game room/gym with a pool table and workout equipment. In addition there is a pool house with separate kitchenette for guest use.Start your morning on the front deck, sipping coffee and taking in the sounds of nature. Spend the day on the back deck lounging in the sun or under the awning. Cool off in the salt water pool and keep your food and beverages in the detached pool house equipped with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator and bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off post pool with the view of the property. Spend the evening grilling and sitting around the fire pit on the back patio, head into town to one of the many restaurants or bars, or hire an incredible private chef to come in for a gourmet meal. The options are unlimited!Other details to note:-Pool is open, and heated April – October.-Workout equipment includes a Peloton, TRX, and resistance bands for guest use.-There is a surcharge for the EV charger, please notify Evergreen Home if you plan to use the charger in advance of your stay.-Bedroom #4; the green room with Queen bed gets more light than all of the other bedrooms, due to the triangular windows, see photo.-Owners are open to opportunities for commercial photography / filming; with permission.
