Our unit has beautiful and unobstructed Gulf views from all rooms. Sitting on our Balcony is like being at the beach. There is no way to be closer to the water in Destin and you can enjoy these views from each room! You are so close that you can watch your children right from our balcony. Spacious 1430 sq feet, newly renovated and attractively decorated. Our unit is in excellent condition.The master suite features a king-sized, canopy bed with an awesome gulf front view, an LED flat panel TV with a DVD, ample closet space, a HOTEL SAFE for your valuables and an over-sized, connecting master bathroom. The master bath is spacious and has a large tile and glass in shower with a built in seat. The guest bedroom has a two queen beds, another great gulf front view, an LED TV, ample storage and a connecting bathroom.The kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, glass pendant accent lights and also a gorgeous gulf view.The living room area features a 42″ LED Vizio Smart TV with built in streaming Aps, and a dedicated VIzio sound bar, to bring theater into our condo. Guests with NETFLIX, HULU, YOUTUBE or AMAZON accounts can also stream video content directly though our versatile system. We have unlimited FAST & FREE WIFI for our guests.Our 3rd floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. You can park your car just footsteps away from the elevator and walk a few more foot steps into your oceanfront retreat. Our unit is about the closest you can be in Destin to the ocean and you will soon experience this wonder. We also include free beach service set up of chairs and umbrella for our guests staying with us from March 1st to October 31st..TO RESERVE OUR UNIT:1. Verify your Dates: March 1 to September 30, we accept Saturday to Saturday ONLY.2. You can book it on line within the VRBO site. Just enter your dates. If you book our condo online you will receive our rental agreement by email within 24 hours for you to review, complete and return to us.3. If you want to ask a question before booking, look for “Contact Owner” on the right of your screen. You can send me an email with your requests and ask questions about the unit before booking. I will answer all questions, send you a quote with the terms of the rental. If you are satisfied, you may then proceed with the booking.COVID-19 INFO- WE TAKE YOUR SAFETY SERIOUSLY. The condo is completely tuned over and disinfected on the changeover day by the onsite housekeeping team. All towels and bed linens are completely removed from the unit and replaced with clean and sanitized sets. House keeping uses only EPA registered products and every surface is wiped down according to protocols set forth by The CDC.READ NOTICE: Okaloosa County Tourist Tax- In the past, this website was able to collect all of the tourist taxes applicable to renting a vacation property in Destin. Beginning in 2022, Okaloosa County, where Destin is located, opted out of the current system. They now require owners on the VRBO site to collect and submit individual tax returns directly to the county. After booking, I must edit your booking to reflect an additional 6% tax on the base rent, the cleaning fee and the resort fee. A separate invoice will come by email. This additional amount must be added or we cannot keep your booking.NOTE- Past renovation work. For our 2024 guests: All work has been completed in our two beach front towers and your stay will not be affected by any construction. In 2023 our towers were undergoing major renovation work and that work is DONE.
