Tiki#140 is located in the Tiki East Building closest to the beach, ‘E’ condos are in the West Building near the office. Our condo is 25 steps from the Tiki private beach access and it has everything you could need for a weekend or a week at the beach. The condo is next to your car, far away from Clayton’s Beach Bar and construction of the new Marriott Hotel. There are new sliding doors to keep your condo quiet.
