Come enjoy this 1900 sq ft spacious and serene space. This in-law is a private 2 br, 1 bath with full kitchen (2 beds, maximum occupancy 4) basement apartment. PLEASE NOTE, this is not the entire house. Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card tables, board games, and an outside jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and one paddleboard available for use. We also have dock space available for a boat or jet skis if you bring one or rent one.Large and clean modern space that includes everyday living amenities without the clutter. We provide activities for both indoor and outdoor fun. We are handicap accessible, kid friendly, and family friendly, but animals of any kind are not allowed.Guests will have access to the entire downstairs, covered patio with hot tub, backyard, dock, and lake.We provide linens for all the beds listed and towels for bathing. However, we do not provide beach towels. We provide parking for 1 automobile. We may be able to accommodate additional parking or trailer parking.
