Great entertaining space with living room, family room, Wifi and complete kitchen. Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. An additional unique bunk room/closet is available (not technically a bedroom.) Three separate dining areas, pool table, ping pong, indoor and outdoor games. The private backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the pool (heat optional), loungers/chairs and games. Approx one mile to downtown Gilbert, four miles to SanTan Village w/ shopping & eateries galore! Relax in the peaceful backyard w/ pool & lovely furnished outdoor patio area. Easy drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa & Chandler. Walking/hiking trails abundant. Approx. 20 min to Sky Harbor Airport. One of the bedrooms and full bath on the main floor with NO STAIRS.*The pool has heating and cooling available. We recommend heating the pool between the months of mid-October through mid-May for a comfortable swimming temp of mid-80s. This is available for an additional $75 per day (minimum 3 days please).
