That means there are no roads to cross to access our private, gated beach.Recently updated, Unit 307 has a colorful Florida-themed décor and furnishings. It sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master and a queen and full bed in the second bedroom. All of the beds have memory foam toppers.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full array of cooking utensils as well as a slow cooker and indoor/outdoor electric grill.For entertainment, there is a 65-inch smart TV and DVD player in the living room with free Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO. The master bedroom has a 45-inch HDTV and the second bedroom has a 37-inch HDTV. The dining room table seats 6 and the couch, loveseat, and reclining chair are perfect for relaxing and/or watching TV. If you prefer the outside, you can enjoy the cool gulf breezes on your private lanai.The Sea Shell Condominium beachfront vacation rental complex is one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. Directly across the street, there is a multitude of shopping, dining, and sightseeing experiences. Sea Shell features a large, heated pool with a spacious pool deck. We provide beach towels for our guests as well as both upright and lounge chairs for the beach. Beach umbrellas and canopies are available for rent on the beach directly behind Sea Shell. You can also enjoy our new Tiki Hut to relax during the day and/or have lunch or dinner on one of our picnic tables.
