Sam’s Beach House features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, front patio with conversation area, a back patio for eating and relaxing, and washer/dryer facilities.If cooking is your thing, you’ll enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining room that seats 6. Or dine al fresco on the outdoor patio, equipped with a dining table and chairs for 4, umbrella and Weber BBQ.The cottage is located 1/2 block from the popular Belmont Shore 2nd Street Shopping district. There you will find restaurants of every kind, bars, trendy and folksy coffee bars and unique shops and services – all within walking distance.
