Nicest location in town! Beautiful historic Italianate home built in 1868. The Pond Winslow homestead has been awarded the prestigious Heritage Preservation award for Honor and Respect by the Saugatuck Douglas Historical Society. Located on the hill over looking the town square. The home has been beautifully updated, including kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and restored old growth hardwood flooring through out. First floor includes, dine in kitchen with laundry, living room, dining room, half bath, bed room (queen bed) with en-suite full bath, and glassed/screened in porch. Second floor has master bedroom (queen bed) with private sun porch, 3rd bedroom handcrafted bunk-bed (full on bottom, single on top) and full bath. Kitchen is fully out fitted Keurig pod or drip coffee (get some fresh roasted beans from Uncommon Grounds, just two blocks) – just bring your favorite food and beverages.
