Both bedrooms and living room have A/C wall units that are ice-cold.The living room is bright and spacious with smart TV, DVD player, board games and historic rodeo pictures on the wall of the owner in his younger years. The old fashioned rocking chair is perfect for just sitting and doing nothing. The kitchen/dining room is open concept, with seating at the table for 4 inside and a picnic table outside that seats additional guests. There’s both a K cup and regular coffee pots.
