(Based on Availability)This house is a reflection of the Mid-Century architecture and culture of the 1960s. The house is furnished with pieces from the period and is themed to honor the Rat Pack, (Sinatra and his crew), John F Kennedy’s Camelot, and the Jet Age of airline travel (Pan Am). The house was built in 1960 and was completely renovated down to the studs in 2016/17. Modern amenities throughout including a double sink, soaking tub, walk in shower Master bath that is 260 square feet! Period specific appliances including a Percolator Coffee pot, as well as an espresso machine and milk frothier. There is also books about the 1960s, including history on the Rat Pack, JFK, and the rise of Pan Am and Jet Air Travel. Don’t forget the period specific Console Stereo Vinyl record player with albums that will take you back to that time when Sinatra and his crew got JFK elected and the world got smaller due to glamorous Jet Aircraft and the Pan Am Stewardess. Come see for your self! This unit has it all.Just a few rules: (OK maybe more than a few :)No smoking ($500.00 Fee) Please step outside to smoke.
