Modern 2 bedroom , 2 bath unit with large deck overlooking old orchard beach and the Atlantic Ocean. See amazing views from your deck chair, living room couch, and bedroom – e.g. spectacular sunrises; magnificent moonlights, weekly fireworks, surfers, wildlife, etcBuilding is small, quiet, friendly, and secure. We are only a few blocks from the pier and various fine restaurants & clubs. Unit is spacious enough for 4 people (and 1 small pet). Monthly rate is a flat, all-in $10,000 during summer and $5000 a month off- peak (Sept – May). All -in rate includes all taxes & fees, plus parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, AC, heat, fully applianced kitchen, cable TV in all rooms, cleaning, Bose stereo system, grill, beach chairs, bike, allowance for 1 pet, and best spot on the beach etc. We are a small, quiet, and friendly association (of 6 units) and we welcome our vetted guests :).
