The pool area is just steps away. No pets and never had a smoker. It is within walking distance to Fresh Market and Publix grocery stores. Neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding with sidewalks throughout. Only 0.7 of a mile to Venetian Village and the beach. Close to all Naples has to offer: Waterside Shops, the Philharmonic, 5th Ave S. An access pass to the Private “Members Only” Park Shore Beach will be provided. Association approval is required.
