This is a 1400 sq. ft. home with private pier and boat dock on Caney Creek. The front of the house has a large open space with vaulted ceiling opening onto a spacious front porch with a beautiful view of Caney Creek and spectacular sunsets. The front living area has a fully-furnished kitchen, a spacious dining and bar area with seating for ten, and a separate sitting area with satellite TV. The home has three bedrooms with king, queen and two single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the front room. The home is furnished with two full bathrooms (one tub and one shower). There is a shaded area downstairs with charcoal grill, picnic table and swing chair. The boat dock has mooring cleats and fenders for two boats, a bench for sitting, a fish cleaning table with lighting, water & electricity and a 1000w fishing light. Enjoy water sports on Caney Creek as well as quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (offshore fishing) and East Matagorda Bay (bay fishing).
