The bunk room on the lower level sleeps 6.Summer: Bring your boat as the property includes a 50′ dock (with mooring whips for 2 boats) located in a private cove. Also included are 2 paddle boards, 4 kayaks and a canoe. Air conditioning, in addition to the ceiling fans in the upstair bedrooms and living rooms as well as the multiple sliding glass doors will keep your group cool in the summer heat.Fall: located on 7 private acres with endless views of the lake and front row seat to the spectacular colors of the changing leaves and stunning sunsets.Winter: when the lake freezes over there is ice skating, snow shoeing and cross country skiing just out your front door. Several major Vermont ski resorts are located within 80 minutes of the house including Smugglers Notch (50 mins); Mad River Glen (66 mins); Stowe (68 mins); Sugarbush (75 mins); and Jay Peak (80 mins).
