With a dedicated en-suite, it’s a glorious retreat for the host of the weekend trip. The two other guest rooms sit comfortably side by side, almost as large as the master.Geared towards families and weekend warriors alike, the house includes several amenities to keep you entertained for hours. The living area includes a fun foosball table and fitness equipment to get quick workouts in during your stay. Outside, there’s a large pool perfect for a swim, a bocce court where you can flex your lawn game skills with bocce or corn hole, and a fire pit where you can cozily sit under the clear night sky. Not to mention, a large, evergreen plot of faux grass to play games guilt-free or lounge for an outdoor picnic thanks to the outdoor grill. The home is perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway and suitable for those who are looking for an extended trip to rest and recover away from the city noise!**For the jet-setters arriving with little ones, a pool safety fence is available to be installed around the pool for an additional $150. This will cover the labor to have the fence up for your arrival and removed upon check-out.**POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night.
