Corner secluded 1 flat acre lot Beautiful King Palms, calm soothing atmosphere, large private flat grassy backyard with sand volleyball court, outdoor gym, pickleball/ badminton indoor/outdoor games & pool & spa.Pool and Hot Tub- To keep our rates low (You can pick to heat either the pool or spa included in your reservation during colder times. In the summer most people don’t want the pool heated the sun keeps it warm so use both and they pick the spa to heat. Let us know which one you want 48 hours prior to check in) . If you want both we can add to your reservation $150 per day gas heating fee. We ask you to put in standby when not in use to avoid additional gas fees. Its an older manual system but works very well.Events/ Dinner Parties- Pricing Questionnaire will be sent to guest to determine pricing. – If you are planning on hosting additional guests for an event over 18 people, get together, BBQ, pool party, during your stay please email host. Please include how many additional guests you are expecting including vendors for the event start time end time and number of cars so we can price accordingly and make pricing seamless. Event concierge $40 per hour will be required over 20 guests to assist you with parking noise levels and anything you may need during your event.Event Pricing with Overnight Booking- Additional Day Guests $40 per person per day. (This would include anyone that isn’t part of your overnight guests) In the event there are additional guests that show up other than the number contracted let the host know so your reservation can be updated. We understand sometimes it’s hard to know an exact number so feel free to book and a few days prior to your event let us know and you can pay separately. We understand the numbers can change.Nightly rate through this site is for overnight stay based on x number of guests you enter on the site if that changes, please notify the host so they can adjust.Pet Friendly- Please disclose and inform the host we do charge $125.00 per pet for cleanup & hair removal and accidents. Shots are required. Bring scooper and clean up after them.
