This is the place to be and be seen.With an incredibly central location, this home is less than a 10-minute drive to the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame must-see Los Angeles attractions. The gorgeous Santa Monica and Venice beaches are also a 30-minute drive and Malibu beach is 45 minutes.Our stunning, fully furnished, spacious estate has five bedrooms and five full baths. The home has a tennis court, outdoor gazebo, pool, spa bathroom, and various dining areas – perfect for your long or short-term stay in Los Angeles.The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed for you to relax and enjoy the TV comfortably. This bedroom has a large mosaic shower, built for two, with dual shower heads and a jet-stream bathtub. The bedroom also has a large patio where you can sit and enjoy the California sunshine and a remote control fireplace to keep you cozy. Roomy walk-in closet.There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is furnished with a full bed with a pull-out, perfect for a family, another with a queen bed, and the last room with a full bed. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.The 5th bedroom can be found downstairs with a private bathroom and has a queen-sized bed.This home is perfect for you to entertain your guests, be it in the game room with a round of pool, outside in the covered patio with BBQ, a swim in the heated pool and jacuzzi, or a game of tennis on our huge tennis court. There’s a basketball hoop, soccer net and a handball wall. Tennis rackets and balls are provided.The house has a tastefully decorated living room with remote control operated fireplace and a flat-screen TV that opens directly to the patio.The kitchen has plenty of room to cook with an extra-large refrigerator, fully stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and oven, a trash compactor, and a dishwasher. The in-home laundry room, fully equipped with a washer and dryer, is just off the kitchen.The large driveway can accommodate your cars, but please note the garage is omitted.This home is very family-friendly, and we welcome people of all ages. Ideal for a family of up to 10 people. Two rollaway beds and one air mattress are also available for use. Plenty of sheets, pillows, etc., are available to furnish beds.Long-term stays are welcome, minimum of seven days stay.So come to Beverly Hills and call this lovely place your home during your stay in California.
