Walk out on the porch and view a peek a boo look at Bear Mountains Ski runs! The cabin is in a secluded part of town but only minutes away from all outdoor actives Big Bear has to offer!The driveway includes 3 parking spots! The cabin is located 8 minutes from Snow summit, 10 minutes from Bear Mountain, and only a 4 minute drive to Big Bear Lake!Check In is at 3 PMCheck Out is at 11 AMCheck In: Welcome to your A-Chalet property. Prior to arrival, please complete the welcome submission form. Thank youPets: As a reminder, there is a $60 pet fee per dog (max 3). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all timesTrash:Trash breakdown: (Black Cart) Please only include household trash, food taste, food containers, animal waste (bagged), lightweight plastics and styrofoam, & clothing.(Blue cart) Flattened cardboard, paper & paperboard, newspaper & magazines, aluminum, tin & lightweight metals, glass bottles & jars & cartons.(Non accepted curbside) Electronics or batteries, dirt, rock, constructive debris, & hazardous wasteFireplace: complimentary bundle of wood is provided per stay. Please make sure that the chain link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace. Ring flute should be to the right at all times.Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° upon check out.Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly.Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.Plow services will come during or after 3″ of snow.
