There is a separate main house on the property, which shares a driveway but both houses are divided by a privacy fence. Each house has its own separate parking.The Neighborhood:This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you’re in for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta’s best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta’s most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you’ll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions… not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! My personal favorite coffeeshop is located just nearby, Hodgepodge Coffeehouse! With proximity to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic).
