Gourmet kitchen with contemporary stainless appliances. 10 minutes down to the beach and less than 5 minutes to golf, supermarket and restaurants.Relax on the one of the two Lanai’s and enjoy an evening drink or BBQ with friends and family.The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, slate tile floors, a custom oversized slate tile shower, french doors and ceiling fan. The double closet has plenty of shelving and storage for all of your belongings.There are 3 bedrooms upstairs…all of which have queen beds, ceiling fans, hanging closets and French Doors leading to another huge Lanai.The day room has a convertable futon, more French Doors, ceiling fans and a second flat screen tv with a dvd player. It’s a great room to let the kids watch a movie in the evening while the adults entertain downstairs. We also supply Igloo/coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear and beach toys.Views in all directions make this a very special property.
