Big house at the Beach. 1929 Colonial Revival Home in Bluff Park Historic District. Beautiful 5 Bedroom home on Magnolia Tree lined street, two blocks from the beach. Several restaurants and coffee houses are easily walkable within minutes.LAX is about 40 minutes from our home. Long Beach Airport is a short 12 minutes. However, if you’re driving, our two driveways give you plenty of off street parking.Beautiful spacious interior with all the comforts of home. Just minutes from Belmont Shore shops, bars and restaurants, downtown night life, Long Beach Convention Center, Shoreline Village, The Queen Mary, Aquarium Of The Pacific, Catalina Landing, outlet shopping, and more. Rent bikes ride the beach bike path or around town, or an electric scooter if you’re so inclined.Long Beach is centrally located and a perfect base camp for those wanting to venture out a see the sights of Southern California. Located 1/2 to an hour drive from most attractions (too numerous to mention) in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.We live just six houses away, so we are nearby for any information or help you may need.
