This is the prime spot in the building; top floor, end-unit, ocean views, mountain views, sunsets every night and in winter months, sighting of the famous Humpback whales here to give birth. The Owner has been a renter for years so knows what it takes to provide a comfortable, hospitable, home-away-from home for our guests.This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is fully furnished and equipped from the kitchen to the beach gear. The living room and primary bedroom have air conditioning.
