There are great views of the sunrise from the lanai, from where you can also hear and watch the ocean. Punalu’u black sand beach is a 15-minute walk from the front door.The living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps an additional two people. The room has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. It has a 37′ flat-screen TV.The fully-equipped and recently remodeled kitchen also contains a washer for your convenience. There is a drying rack which can be used within the condo, (NOT out on the lanai). The dryer is only for a very few small items.
