It is a neighborhood full of families, schools, and small local businesses, with easy access to parks and nature. There are many dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Both Baker Beach and China Beach – two beautiful beaches with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin Headlands – are 10 minutes by foot. The bedrooms have: 1 King bed; 1 Queen bed; 1 Queen bed. The living rooms may be used as a fourth bedroom for groups that require more than those three beds. In addition to the 3 beds in the 3 bedrooms there are: (a) a foldout sofa bed in one living room and (b) three fold-out single mattresses and (c) two regular (not sleeper/fold-out) couches. The sofa bed, fold-out mattresses, and regular couches are available for use by larger family groups requiring such accommodation.In addition, for families with small children, we have a pack-n-play crib and a bassinet, both of which can be set up in advance, upon request.
