A large dual-shower bathroom on the upper level and a separate private bathroom on the lower level provides plenty of capacity. An expansive screened porch wraps the upper-level front of the cottage, situated directly on the dune bluff; the harbor views are fantastic. A separate private patio is accessible from the lower-level. Includes washer/dryer.**Please note that the exterior amenities (hot tub, fire pit, etc) are shared with the other cottage in the Treetops compound.WHY THIS LOCATION?A unique property requires a spectacular location and activities.
