No cats. Failure to register your pet(s) will result in an additional $250 fee.**MOST IMPORTANT: pets are NOT allowed in the backyard grass turf area. Please walk your pet to the front of the house to relief. Any signs of your pet in the grass turf area will result in a $350 fee.**Mandatory use of protective cover sheets (either your own or the ones we put out) to cover any places where your pets may live.**Pets are not allowed on furniture.**Pets must be on leashes at all times and are NOT to be left alone to avoid accidents or damages, and to ensure the safety of your pet.**Owners must immediately pick up after their pets and deposit waste in a plastic bag. Any pet waste found on the property immediately after your departure will result an additional $250 fee.**A pet care basket located in the laundry room will contain Disposal bags for waste, 2 food/water bowls, and 1 blanket and cover. The bowls and blankets are to be washed so please DO NOT take it home. Please feel free to bring your own stuff for all the items mentioned above.**IMPORTANT: Please adhere to the ‘Good Neighbor’ policy set by the city. The City of Palm Springs has strictly enforced sound ordinance.• Outdoor music is NOT permitted the City of Palm Springs. People’s noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm. Any outside noise after 10pm should be non-existent.• Noise complaint with the city of Palm Springs will result in a $250 fine.
