Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
