Birdie’s Beach Club Villa – Cards Available; Walk to beach, pools, bar, tennis!A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top-floor corner unit overlooking the tidal creek and marshes of the exclusive gated beach community of Fripp Island, SC. This condo is located directly across the street from the beach! Also, amenity cards are available for purchase to Fripp Island Resort, which gives you access to a lot of amenities (some directly across the street or in the parking lot) including swimming pools, restaurants, tennis, pickleball, two beautiful golf courses, fitness center, activity center and much more. There are additional fees to play golf, pickleball and tennis. Also, there is plenty to enjoy without the resort amenity cards: beach, biking, fishing, watching wildlife, etc!Get the best of both worlds, spend the day on the beach or the course and your evenings on the deck or the dock enjoying the views of the marsh while you cook up a nice meal on the grill. Fripp Island is an unmatched destination.Please note that the condo is up two and a half flights of stairs with no elevator. Not an issue for most people, but those with mobility issues should be aware.
