Black Casita of Twins House is a modern desert retreat, situated in a peaceful and quite neighborhood while maintaining the feeling of cool isolation whether indoors or out. The decor is minimalism yet very comfortable, with every amenity and detail kept in mind. Swim laps in the Courtyard pool or relax with the jets on in the in-ground hot tub. Wake up feeling rested in the king-sized beds. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are all a short 8-minute drive away.Black Casita is one of the Twins House, it is about 300ft apart from White Casita. It is a brand new construction home – designed, furnished and decorated with love by its Somewhere Investment & Management. It features open kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area, this casita has 2 bedrooms with two full baths. An infinity pool is in front of the house as well as a 6-people jacuzzi. You will want for nothing during your stay at Twins House.WILDLIFE:The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs – it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.—PropanePlease be kindly noticed that High Desert Propane Company monitors the propane usage weekly, they will come and refill the tanks anytime during the day when the propane level is lower than 15%.—Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if here is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.—Nest CameraAccording to the requirements from Insurance Company, there is Nest camera facing main door.— noise monitoring—There is noise monitoring on the outside ceiling by the entrance.Please be kindly noticed that the noise volume is 55 dBA Leq from 7am to 10pm, 45 dBA Leq from 10pm to 7am which is strictly requested by San Bernardino County. We will reserve the right to report it if the noise bothers the neighbors and exceed the County’s policy.—Parties or Events or Extra GuestWe do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.Any unapproved visitors will be charge $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions.—Film/Video and PhotosOur property is a beautiful place to shoot photos and videos, we welcome you to tag us on Ins at @somewhere_joshuatree. Professional shoots, however, the property is priced at a different rate and must be cleared with us in advance of your stay. If you are in doubt, inquire first. We will charge $5000 per violation, plus production fee up to $575/hour.—PetsWe love animals as much as anyone. But due to getting allergies among some of the guests, we will charge $60 will be charged for special cleaning fee.—No-SmokingSmoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained, we will charge $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation!—Checking OutPlease check out by 11:00AM.
