Treat our home as if it was yours.- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking or vaping in the house- No fireworks or other illegal activities- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors
