The 1 bedroom option is the only listing that does not have a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, firepit/fireplace, or private bbq access. Please reach out if you have any questions or inquiries.- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you’ve completed your booking- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Children are welcome at this hotel.
