Blairsville River Cabin has 320 ft. of hard-to-find Nottely River frontage, plus an enormous yard for games of soccer, football, corn hole, and more! Make the most of your direct water access with fishing, tubing, and kayaking; activities that are sure to be some of your trips most treasured memories. One of the biggest water rental options in the area, Paddy’s, is just 1.5 miles up the road with kayaks and tubes. When the sun sets, cozy up under the star-filled sky next to the fire pit just off the river. Spend your days grilling on the sun-drenched deck, enjoy some friendly competition with foosball and air hockey on the screened-in porch, and spend time soaking in your private hot tub. The back deck is enormous, with an equal amount of space both on the shaded, screened-in portion and the grilling area. With timeless elegance and warmth, this home is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway!Inside, the beautiful, open concept layout is framed by grand, vaulted ceilings. The gas fireplace creates a cozy backdrop for your leisure time, spent on the plush couches facing the smart tv. For extra safety, the fireplace is surrounded by a safety gate and has a remote for startup. The spacious kitchen, with its rustic design and high-end appliances, is as functional as it is beautiful. A full suite of cookware, coffee maker, and cooking tools are all provided for your convenient use. Share meals around the dining table with seating for 6, and get ready for a trip to remember.This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are both completely private, while Bedrooms #3 and #4 are loft rooms. Privacy screens create some separation for the loft bedrooms, but they are otherwise open to the home’s living spaces.Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.Bedroom #3 has a full size bed.Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.THINGS TO NOTE:- Bedrooms #3 and #4 are semi-private lofted bedrooms, open to the home’s main living spaces.- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.- Washer and dryer in unit.- The propane is directly supplied to the grill and no need for a propane tank.- There is an additional guest fee of $25 for use of the hot tub.- This is a walk-up home with entry on the second floor.- Ample parking space is provided in the driveway.- There are BRAND NEW STAIRS LEADING to the river! Enjoy!- This property can easily be passed if not careful. Pay close attention and slow down when the GPS notifies you. Turn is on the right. This property has paved road all the way however, the driveway is a little bumpy because its gravel. We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience nor will it require 4×4.Blairsville River Cabin is a peaceful escape, nestled right on the banks of the Nottely River in Blairsville. With only a quick 3-mile drive to downtown Blairsville and just under 5 miles to Vogel State Park, you’ll have access to all sorts of activities, whether it be mountain biking, hiking the 80+ miles of Appalachian Trail, or taking a refreshing dip in Nottely Lake. Adding more enchantment to your stay, the ancient Blue Ridge Mountains – brimming with Cherokee Indian lore – cast a fascinating spell over the town, culminating with Georgia’s highest peak, Brasstown Bald. A stay at Blairsville River Cabin is an experience not to be missed – a place where nature, history, and comfort all converge in perfect harmony.Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing – no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you’ll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.Our Basic Provisions:Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out – ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors.
