Located on the 1st floor, This one is perfect for everyone!The sunsets over the bay from the balcony are breathtaking. Come see for yourself!- Families, let the little ones play on the splash pads or float them along on the lazy river. There are weekend crafts and activities for the kiddos as well.- Birders, relax on the large private balcony and watch Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons in their wetland’s natural habitat.- Fisherman, the bay is only 12-18 inches deep- you can wade right out close to the condo- Up to 2 pets (max 25lbs each) considered with fee. Approval of pets is at the sole discretion of the property manager.This condo is located in the Pointe West community on the bayside and is next to Coastal Waves Vacations’ rental called Sunset Paradise. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older). The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
