Very close to beach and boardwalk 1 block, first floor unit 3 bedroom condo cottage, front porch with ample wicker seating, living room, dining room, three bedroom, modernized ample kitchen, bathroom with tub with shower, outside enclosed shower, outside laundry room, two boardwalk bikes, 6 beach tags, two of the bedrooms each have two double beds, master bedroom has queen bed, living room couch can turn into a double bed and one chair in the living room can turn into a single bed. Roku TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. This has been a great summer vacation spot for our family, we just love it being such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and such an excellent area with Uncle Bill’s Pancake House, Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream just a block behind us and Blitz’s Market in the same location, it’s so great cause once you get here you really don’t have to leave unless you want to. So enjoyable and relaxing.
