We also have baby supplies for families with young children.Spend relaxing time on the lovely back patio with a grill. We also supply a washer, dryer, smart TV, and high-speed Internet with your rental.Our home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids.Santa Monica law requires hosts to be present during the guests stay.I live on-site and will be available throughout your stay, but I have a private space & entrance.You will have use of the rest of the house and two parking spaces with a private driveway.I am available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest and make sure you’re settled in and have everything you need.Guests must comply with Santa Monica Laws including; occupancy, noise, and parties.Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed and no disturbing our neighbors.Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.Motion-sensing RING video cameras on the exterior of the property.
