The bonus area just by the pool offers a ping pong table complete with TV. From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade a pool umbrella covers one end of the pool with a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax. A spa offers additional water fun amid palm trees galore. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenge your fellow vacationers to a round of ping pong in the ground level bonus area while watching your favorite sport show.The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway.This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.
