*Beginning in 2024, Blue Eden will have a maximum occupancy of 14 (6 bedrooms). Bookings for this home are now facilitated by The Knowles Company, a reputable agency located right on Mt. Desert Island for more than 120 years. PLEASE REVIEW the cancellation policy specific to Blue Eden: Once the online Reservation Request becomes fully executed and payment has been made, should the Tenant be unable to occupy the rental property for any reason except the fault of the Lessor, the Tenant is responsible for the full rent. If the Knowles Company and/or the Lessor can sublet the premises for the same period covered by the lease agreement to another Tenant, monies received from the second rental will be paid first to the Lessor to fulfill the balance of the original lease. The remainder, if any, will be paid to the original Tenant as partial or full reimbursement, less The Knowles Company commission.Once a bed and breakfast, this attractive Victorian-style home in the heart of Bar Harbor has been recently renovated. From the Living area, one can enter the gracious Master Bedroom offers a King bed and private full bath with a shower only. The Dining room offers a table and seating for 12 and an additional small table for up to four. Brand new kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all-new floors. Laundry Room with stackable washer and dryer.SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with King bed and en suite bath with combined tub and shower. Bedroom with Queen bed and en suite bath with shower only. Bedroom with Queen and en suite bathroom with shower only. At the end of the hall near the third-floor stairs is a shared full bath with a combined tub and shower.THIRD FLOOR: Small bedroom with two Twin beds. Shared full bath with shower only.
