Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, and the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, and charcoal grills onsite! We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).
