The spacious pool deck offers a covered sitting/dining area, grill station, and mini fridge. Located right around the corner from the pool lanai is a fenced-in dog run area that spans the entire side of the home. In the rear of the property there is also a 1 car garage in addition to the ample parking provided by the circular drive at the front of the home. The inside of this amazing vacation home features a sprawling living & family room layout, large U-shaped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. Coffee aficionado’s prepare your favorite drink at the coffee bar equipped to make cappuccino, espresso, lattes, coffee, etc. The location of this adorable home is in the heart of downtown Naples, where everyone wants to be! Take your children or dogs for a walk through the charming neighborhood to the beach for sunset or pop out onto US 41 for quick access to shopping and dining. The home welcomes well behaved, friendly dogs, with specific approval and applicable fees.
