Property includes an oversized/commercial new (2020) heated pool with steps across, larger outdoor space with large deck and gazebo area, sunbathing areas surrounded by lush landscaping. Large firepit area, chipping green/regulation cornhole/game area and huge elevated sunporch with vaulted ceilings nestled among the trees overlooking a large park with playground, walking trails, track, pickleball and tennis courts, skate park, etc. Plenty of space to dine outside under the umbrella, sun or trees.Similar to Property 1580568 and 1184533, this property has been completely rehabbed and stocked with every amenity in mind.Inside you’ll find a large living room with sectional and Queen pullout sofa bed, dining room with table for 8, plus a separate table with additional seating and island, new kitchen (2021) and full bath on the main floor.Heading upstairs is another full bathroom, Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom and Bedroom 2: King bed, vaulted ceilings and a twin daybed with pullout twin.From the main floor, head downstairs to the 3rd level with Bedroom 3: King leading out to the deck overlooking the pool and a 3rd full size bath.In the basement you’ll find Bedroom 4: office with a large tv and full daybed as well as a 5th game room with foosball table and laundry room. There is an extra fridge in the garage.All but the Queen bedroom have smart Tv’s equipped with access to all major channels (YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc). Because of the layout with the separate floors each room feels like it’s own private wing. Please note that this is an older house so the ceiling height in the basement is lower and that steps are required to access all levels.
